Hi, I’m glad you’ve made your way to my little corner of the web.
I had the opportunity to try different things, follow my dreams and learn a lot on this business journey. I’ll skip the boring parts and hit the highlights for you. I received my degree in Early Childhood Education and taught elementary school for 3 years. I loved the kids but couldn’t wrap my head around how I could do everything that was expected of me. Hug a teacher the next chance you get. When I was pregnant with my daughter I decided to make a shift from teaching without really knowing what was next. I started a photography business and an Etsy shop designing printables in 2013 and it’s been entrepreneurship for me ever since.
Before I found my groove in web design and marketing, I worked in podcasting, course creation, social media management and so much more. The online business world has brought me so much and I’m excited to work with other business owners to build their dreams (and their websites :)
And Now the Fun Stuff…
I’m a creative girl at heart and making things is always what I come back to. It doesn’t have to be good, I just have to create. I love photography, watercolor, digital art and journaling. My daughter and I love buying a lot of supplies, trying a new craft, and then abandoning it. We have a lovely craft graveyard in our garage.
As a family, we love visiting the lake and the beach. We’re animal people, with 2 dogs, 2 cats, and currently 2 tree frogs. Not quite a zoo, but it can get a little wild. I love the colors of sunrises and sunsets. I like learning and trying new things. My latest is baking bread, full sourdough starter and all.
